Gi-Gi has a fragrant nose of rose water, lavender and lychees with hints of applesauce and baking spices. Medium-bodied, it is a dry style though it seems to have just a touch of residual sugar, finishing with lingering perfumed tropical fruits notes and plenty of spice. The Wine Advocate

A blend of 32% Gewürztraminer and 68% Pinot Gris, with a 36-hour whole cluster maceration and  barrel fermented on its lees. Try it with a savory Onion tart or assorted charcuterie. Only 150 cases made.
